1. External Professional Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fees charged by Hedge Professional Services exclude third-party fees payable to external bodies such as ACCA, ICAN, tax authorities, or software vendors. These include (but are not limited to) registration fees, subscription dues, examination fees, or software license costs. Clients and students are responsible for making such payments directly to the relevant body.ired.

   2.Payment Policy
Full or agreed installment payment is required within the stated period. Hedge Professional Services reserves the right to suspend, withhold service, or terminate enrolment where fees are outstanding. Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstance. Clients and students are advised to ensure clarity and commitment before making payment.

   3. Professional Conduct and Behaviour
All individuals attending classes, using our services, or present on our premises are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Misconduct, harassment, dishonesty, or any form of unprofessional behaviour may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension, service withdrawal, or reporting to relevant regulatory or professional bodies (such as ACCA or ICAN) where applicable.
 
  4. Data Sharing with ACCA and Third Parties
For ACCA and ICAN student, Hedge Professional may provide student details to ACCA or ICAN, recruitment agencies, current and prospective employers, and relevant educational or professional bodies when necessary. This is done in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and is intended to support the professional advancement of our students. Students consent to the sharing of their information as part of their enrolment in the institution.

  5. Non-Refund Policy
All payments made to Hedge Professional Services are final and non-refundable, regardless of the nature of the service. Whether for tuition, registration, corporate training, or consulting retainers, no refunds will be issued once a payment is confirmed. Clients are encouraged to verify the service details and payment terms before proceeding.

  6. Amendments and Updates
Hedge Professional Services reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent version.
