Advisory · Financial advisory
From records you can trust to decisions you can defend.
Financial and accounting advisory is one of the three service areas HPS describes. In practice it means getting the books right, producing statements and analysis from them, and supporting the decisions that follow.

How we think about it
No analysis survives bad records. The order is fixed: reconcile, then report, then analyse, then decide. HPS will not skip a pier to reach the other side faster.
